Advocate. Activate. We have a community of over 9 million women globally and empower them with data-driven research to challenge systemic barriers, educate the next generation before limiting beliefs take hold, and drive advocacy to drive real world change. We start in the classroom by promoting self-development and role models to girls in schools. We evolve our mission to the boardroom by working with businesses to prove women are an investment, not just a tick box.
