Founded in 1946 by dedicated state employees, we have fought for almost 80 years to enhance the salaries and quality benefits enjoyed by state employees and retirees. Today, we are one of the largest association for active and retired state employees. We’re the only non-union, not-for-profit, non-partisan association serving state employees during and after their careers.
