San Diego Habitat for Humanity

San Diego Habitat for Humanity is the local affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International and serves San Diego County. Habitat programs are focused on creating homes for ownership by low-income families in need, offering a hand up, not a handout. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. With our help, they achieve the strength, stability, and independence they need to build a better life for themselves and their families.It is an autonomous 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
