Developing and executing growth strategies across digital channels, including paid and organic campaigns, email marketing, and content-driven initiatives.
Analyze performance metrics, run A/B tests, and use data to optimize funnels, landing pages, and messaging.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing marketing projects and timelines, collaborating with product and operations teams to align growth efforts, overseeing marketing automation workflows, and identifying new opportunities to reach target audiences such as homeowners, contractors, and real estate professionals.

Strong skills in Growth Marketing and Marketing Automation to design, execute, and optimize scalable growth campaigns.
Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to interpret data, track KPIs, and inform strategic decisions.
Effective Project Management abilities to coordinate marketing initiatives, manage timelines, and collaborate across teams.
Experience with digital marketing channels (e.g., paid search, social, email, content) and experimentation frameworks.
Comfort working with data tools and dashboards; ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and audience-focused messaging.
Prior experience in B2B or SaaS, preferably in real estate, construction, compliance, or related industries, is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
