The Permanent Mission of Italy in Geneva represents Italy at the United Nations Office and other International Organizations in Geneva, fostering strong and lasting relationships with these institutions and promoting national priorities across a range of sectors: Human Rights; Humanitarian Affairs and Migration; Health; Trade and Development; Labour; Science and Technology, Intellectual Property. Italy will serve on the UN Human Rights Council for the 2026–2028 term, an opportunity to reaffirm its enduring commitment to the promotion and protection of human rights worldwide.
