With an emphasis on job creation and retention, innovation, cultivating new and existing partnerships, performance and accountability the Council is as committed as ever to develop a talented work pool that will serve to grow our economy. We know that our most valuable asset is a dynamic workforce. The Council currently administers over $10 million dollars in grant funding. Through the focused efforts of the Council and its workforce partners, we have made remarkable progress in transforming our workforce area into an effective system.
