Own Your Next Foundation is a nonprofit organization supporting high-achieving women navigating one of the most profound transitions of their lives.We serve women leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs who are breast cancer survivors and who are ready to reclaim their confidence, career direction, and sense of self after treatment.Survivorship is not a return to who you were.It is an invitation to redefine who you are becoming.Own Your Next helps women move from survival mode into intentional reinvention. Through executive coaching, leadership development, community, and research-informed programming, we support women as they rebuild identity, confidence, decision authority, and sustainable success at work and in life.Our core offering is an 8-week reintegration and leadership program designed to support women returning to work, reentering leadership, or redesigning their careers after cancer.We believe:• Healing and ambition can coexist• Leadership does not pause for life events• Women deserve support that honors both performance and humanity• The next chapter can be powerful, purposeful, and self-definedFounded by Gina Martin, executive leadership coach, organizational consultant, and breast cancer survivor, Own Your Next was born from lived experience.After navigating treatment while leading, coaching, and building a business, Gina experienced firsthand the invisible challenges women face when returning to work after cancer. The confidence shifts. The identity questions. The pressure to “be the same” when everything has changed.With over 25 years of leadership experience, including leading teams of 600 at iconic global brands, Gina brings a grounded, strategic, and deeply human approach to leadership development.
