THE GOOD FIGHTBoxers are known for their incredible athleticism and physique and the sport of boxing requires mental toughness and intense physical conditioning. NUBOXX's innovative small group classes mirror a pro boxer's training program, resulting in an intense total body, sweat-inducing, calorie torching workout . Be prepared to throw some serious punches, test your limits, knockdown your comfort zone and evolve into the best version of yourself. At NUBOXX you will learn proper boxing technique, perfect your balance and hand eye coordination, and build lean muscle all while having fun. Our signature classes utilize heavy bags and gloves, while also packing in timed rounds of agility, plyometrics, core and strength training aimed to build toned bodies. Classes are 60 minutes and accommodate all fitness levels.
