New Mexico Kids Matter

At NM Kids Matter, we believe every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and heard. As the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program serving Bernalillo County, we recruit, train, and support volunteers who are appointed by the court to advocate for children who have experienced abuse or neglect.For children navigating foster care, a CASA volunteer is often one of the most consistent adults in their lives. By listening, building relationships, and advocating for their best interests, CASA volunteers help ensure children receive the support, services, and stability they need to thrive.Together, we can give children in foster care a stronger voice and a brighter future.
