NeuroRelate Ltd is a lived experience–led not-for-profit supporting neurodivergent individuals, families, and organisations.Born from our own journey as a neurodiverse household, we understand first-hand the realities of navigating ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent identities in environments that are not always designed with difference in mind.Our mission is simple: to help people better understand and support different ways of thinking. We do this through advocacy, practical support, and engaging workshops that build confidence, connection, and inclusion.For individuals and families, we provide peer-led support groups, accessible resources, and community events—creating safe, understanding spaces where people feel seen, supported, and not alone, particularly while waiting for assessment or services.For organisations, including businesses, schools, and sports clubs, we deliver practical, experience-led training that demystifies neurodiversity, reduces stigma, and equips teams to build genuinely inclusive environments.What makes us different is our foundation in lived experience. We are not speaking from theory alone—we combine professional knowledge with real-life insight, building trust and delivering support that creates meaningful, lasting impact.Based in Hertfordshire and working across the UK, we continue to grow our community through local projects, digital resources, and partnerships.
