Maverick Leadership: Building extraordinary leaders in an extra - ordinary world. I provide coaching and mentoring with a focus on developing leadership aptitude to help individuals and organizations maximize performance. My primary passion is helping individuals - particularly emerging professionals - discover, develop and apply their unique leadership style. After 30+ years, I know a little something about building a career – I have a lifetime of “experiences” - packed into 30 years - to share and an abundance of hard lessons learned. No MBA. No purchased certifications. Just the diploma and scars earned from the School of Hard Knocks. I understand what it requires to build and sustain a strong personal brand throughout a career and want to share that with as many emerging leaders as possible. Mavericks lead. It requires courage, perseverance and confidence to lead others down the road less taken or to journey that 2nd un-demanded mile.
