📸 Aloha, I’m the photographer behind the lens, Lianna Xiakoui Nakashima. I’m a wedding and event photographer who has captured 200+ weddings across California and destination locations worldwide. My style blends authenticity, vibrancy, and dreamlike storytelling to preserve each couple’s unique love story in timeless images.💍 What sets me apart is not only my artistry but also my hands-on approach. With 7+ years of cross-functional experience in event planning, project management, and marketing, I’ve coordinated 40+ events ranging from 15 to 1,500 guests. This background allows me to anticipate timelines, manage logistics seamlessly, and create a stress-free experience for my clients on one of the most important days of their lives.🌎 Since founding LXN Photography in 2014 (rebranded to LXN Creative in 2025), I’ve worked with clients from intimate elopements to large-scale luxury weddings. Alongside weddings, I’ve collaborated with brands such as Yelp, Foley Estates, Firestone Vineyard, Dagoma 3D Printers, JLL, and CBRE to create compelling visual stories that elevate engagement and marketing impact.✨ My creative journey started at UC Santa Barbara, where I double majored in Art (emphasis in Graphic Design + Photography) and Dance (emphasis in Modern + Pedagogy) with a minor in Professional Writing Multimedia Communication. My background in dance taught me how to capture movement and emotion, while my training in design sharpened my eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics.🤝 Above all, I pride myself on creating an experience where couples feel cared for and seen.
