Kind Souls Foundation provides emotional support to individuals facing the uncertainty of a work disrupting health event. Through a compassionate peer-led network of trained volunteers, we offer steady connection, guided resource navigation, and a trusted presence, so no one has to navigate recovery alone. We serve as anchors of emotional steadiness, providing: - One-on-One Peer Emotional Support through calls or virtual sessions - Guided Resource Navigation & Advocacy based on each individual’s location and unique needs - Ongoing Check-Ins - Real World Feedback from the Front Lines to help communities, employers, and systems better support people in transition This is not a clinical model, it’s a human one. Our work complements traditional care systems and creates a holistic safety net during a disorienting and often invisible chapter in a person’s life. We maximize every dollar through a lean staffing model and a dedicated network of trained volunteers. This approach enables us to provide high-impact, certified volunteer emotional support at a fraction of traditional case management costs. As an official Affiliate Charity Partner of the National Comp Conference, we are deepening our reach and influence. Our referral network continues to grow, and with it, our ability to serve—thanks to strong collaborations with licensed professionals, employers, and claims networks across the country.
