Manage and grow the firm's presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Lead and manage the marketing department by assigning projects, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely execution.
Develop and maintain a content calendar across all social media platforms.
Oversee the creation of social media content, videos, graphics, newsletters, blogs, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to highlight firm successes, client education, and community involvement.
Monitor marketing performance and provide recommendations based on analytics and campaign results.
Ensure all marketing materials align with the firm's brand and messaging.
Research industry trends and introduce new ideas to keep the firm's marketing innovative and competitive.
Coordinate with vendors, photographers, videographers, and other marketing partners as needed.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in marketing, communications, or social media management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Exceptional creativity with the ability to develop original marketing ideas.
Ability to design and execute project ideas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing.

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is preferred.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other marketing analytics tools is a plus.
