Consequently we value, train and nurture each and every employee as we recognise that they are vital to our future growth and success.Over the past year the company has grown and developed to a point where we have hired a dedicated Recruitment and HR Manager to handle the huge demand. italk have many campaigns to assist with our recruitment drive and have teamed up with our local Job Centre and City College to offer unemployed and freshly trained Contact Centre staff the opportunity to work in our newly renovated and refurbished call centre.Our focus is on the employee and their potential.
