Ice Cream Jubilee is the only local, DC-area ice cream company. With three shops today located in Georgetown, Navy Yard and Ballston Quarter, Ice Cream Jubilee is poised to open five more shops in 2024.Ice Cream Jubilee was founded in 2014 by Victoria Lai, an attorney-turned-icecreampreneur who began making and selling ice cream.Since 2014, Ice Cream Jubilee has been selling our premium ice cream through our ice cream shops, catering cart and truck at events around the DC area and in some local grocery stores. Ice Cream Jubilee is beloved by customers as their local neighborhood ice cream shop and has won numerous awards for having the best ice cream in the DC area.Ice Cream Jubilee reimagines the childhood joy of ice cream by combining sophisticated, international flavors that reflect the melting pot of DC with favorites like Banana Bourbon Caramel, Red Bean Almond Cookie and Blueberry Pie.
