Hyundai Capital UK Ltd (HCUK) was established in 2012 as a joint venture with four shareholders: Santander Consumer Finance, Hyundai Capital Services, Kia, and Hyundai Motors UK. As the captive finance company for Hyundai and Kia Finance, HCUK is part of Hyundai Capital Services Korea, representing one of 19 entities in 14 countries. Hyundai Capital employs over 5,500 employees globally, with a vision to become the "Global Leader in Mobility Finance." HCUK supports Hyundai Motor Group's growth in the UK market by delivering innovative initiatives to help franchise networks sell more cars profitably and within regulations.We have monthly Town Hall meetings to review progress, present updates and share information on company performance, new joiners and if necessary discuss any issues. These are followed by regular department and team meetings. The company fosters a fantastic culture with regular social events, including Lunar New Year Celebrations, Summer Games and an End of Year Conference.
