Heat Dance is a company founded on the belief that people are happier and healthier when they have rich experiences in movement and sensory input. Heat introduces a 50-minute immersive dance class experience—part dance class, part high-intensity workout, part immersive theatre— but only the very best kinds: Hip Hop, partnered Salsa, and morning Barre at our premium, state-of-the-art studios. What do I mean?•Live DJs in every class – so the music never stops, the energy builds, and each class has a unique soundtrack you can’t get anywhere else•Theatrical lighting – it might begin looking like just a nice studio, but changes with the mood and flow of class and transforms the space.•By popular demand, we offer special “date night” salsa classes on Friday & Saturday evenings with wine and a great time for any and all levels of dance.
