Build and maintain content calendars across assigned client accounts
Edit short-form video content from raw footage
Shoot content during client visits and on-site shoots (iPhone; company camera provided for select shoots)
Coordinate shoot logistics: scheduling, shot lists, and sourcing locations or talent as needed
Brainstorm creative concepts and collaborate on execution
Write social captions and assist with scheduling posts
Participate in community management across platforms during standard business hours
Manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously, keeping calendars and deliverables on track

Strong video editing skills (CapCut or Premiere Pro experience required)
Ability to turn raw footage into engaging social content
Comfortable managing calendars, deadlines, and shoot logistics alongside creative work
Comfort working in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
Proactive mindset and willingness to contribute creative ideas
Organized and reliable with digital files and workflows
Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly
Interest in social media and short-form content trends
Reliable transportation for travel around Houston
Photoshop/Lightroom experience is a plus but not required
