A phase 3 confirmative clinical study is being conducted based on the phase 2 POC clinical data. A F351 phase I study has been completed in the US. An IND for a phase 2 clinical study will be filed for the treatment of NASH-associated fibrosis in the U.S. in 2024.F351 effectively suppresses chronic inflammation pathways, including the TGFbeta signaling pathway. As a result, it presents a promising therapeutic strategy as a single agent and opportunity for combination therapy with metabolic inhibitors in treating organ fibrotic diseases.Gyre is also advancing a diverse pipeline through its indirect controlling interest in Gyre Pharmaceuticals, including ETUARY therapeutic expansions, F573, F528, and F230.
