The East Bay Permanent Real Estate Cooperative (EB PREC) is a worker-cooperative organizing with tenants & community groups across the East Bay to take land and housing off of the speculative market for good, creating permanently affordable housing and commercial spaces. , , EB PREC is working to reverse the harm caused to historically disenfranchised communities through its practices of collective ownership, self-determination, and community-led development.
