Returns from our portfolio of multifamily, retail shopping centers, office buildings, land, hotels, and convenience stores have ranged between 7.7% and 266.7% annually. However, our target annual return remains 20-35%, and we have consistently met or outperformed that benchmark.DPEG has provided investors weighted-average annual returns of 33% in 2021, 46% in 2022, 47% in 2023, and 20% in 2024 based on the equity raised over numerous exited projects.
