We are a local, non-profit, Managed Care Organization (MCO), offering Children's Medicaid (STAR) and CHIP programs. We also offer plans through the Health Insurance Marketplace. Community has a network of 10,000 doctors, 77 hospitals, and is proud to be more than 400,000 Members strong! Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of underserved Texans by opening doors to healthcare and health-related social services. Community Health Choice is a LOCAL non-profit health plan.
