COCM (Capstone On-Campus Management) is a company of talented student housing professionals focused on providing management and consulting services for on-campus housing communities. Their student housing professionals are dedicated to helping their partners leverage campus housing to do greater things: recruit and retain students, and enhance student success and satisfaction. COCM's operational agreements vary from turn-key arrangements in which they have responsibility for all aspects of managing a community, to those in which COCM is responsible for only one or more roles. These roles may include facilities maintenance, accounting and financial reporting, custodial, capital planning, marketing and leasing, and/or residence life. Recently recognized as the leading provider of on-campus, third-party management services by Student Housing Business magazine, COCM’s current portfolio serves over 35,000 students on over 35 campuses across the United States. The team of student housing professionals at COCM also offers a consulting service called, "Fresh Eyes," an affordable and efficient (3 consecutive days) service to help universities align their housing programs (and the related student services) with enrollment management goals. Fresh Eyes can also serve as a valuable resource to architects and master planners who focus on student housing or for which student housing is a component of their master planning services.
