Barnacle is an engineering led AI consultancy. We help organisations work out where AI will actually move the needle, not in theory but inside their real constraints. Once the direction is clear, we design and build the systems that deliver it.Our work spans two modes.First, clarifying the problem: understanding the business, mapping decisions and workflows, and testing what is feasible today.Second, doing the engineering: agents, automation, search, models, integrations, whatever the problem demands.The value we bring is simple.
