Company Overview

Avarie Femcare is a femtech company built for women whose periods do not fit the commercials. We design ultra‐absorbent pads and next‐generation absorbent products specifically engineered for heavy menstrual bleeding and postpartum flow, so women can stop leaking, layering, and sleeping on towels.Led by founder and former prosecutor Charlyn Bender, Avarie partners with industry experts including the former innovation director at Johnson & Johnson and NASA pad designer. Over the past three years, we have invested in deep R&D, prototype cycles in Mexico and the U.S., and consumer testing where heavy‐flow users told us our pads “handled the morning gush” and meant they did not have to layer multiple products for the first time in years. Our mission is simple: dignified, high‐performance period care for heavy‐flow and postpartum women, paired with honest education and community around menstrual health, loss, IVF, and perimenopause. Women deserve products and conversations that match the reality of their bodies.
