Job Summary

Owns CRM strategy and delivery, leads a CRM team, and translates performance data into recruitment communications improvements.

  • Leads CRM team and coordinates workload to meet conversion targets
  • Develops CRM reporting and uses data to inform recruitment communications

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing the CRM team, ensuring workloads are effectively coordinated and conversion targets achieved, while providing guidance, practical solutions, and stakeholder influence to address complex challenges.
  • Creating new style CRM reporting, assessing stakeholder needs, analysing performance and conversion data, and delivering insights to inform and continuously improve recruitment communications strategies.
  • Managing a delegated CRM budget to maintain a suite of contracted operational systems which offer good return on investment (in consultation with the Head of UK Student Recruitment) and ensure that web and email content (e.g. photos, videos, student profiles etc.) is engaging, fresh and accurate through commissioning photo shoots, video production, etc.
  • Designing, developing and delivering the strategy for developing the University’s use of the CRM system, liaising with colleagues across the division as needed. This will involve using existing recruitment and marketing strategies and market research to evaluate how the system can be best developed to support effective recruitment.
  • Giving marketing and conversion advice to University stakeholders, leading on the creation and improvement of CRM communications plans, tailored to the needs of each audience and University activities such as events.

Requirements

  • Experience of planning and progressing a structure communications plan to a variety of audience segments.
  • Extensive experience working with CRM systems.
  • First rate people skills, including the ability to interact and negotiate with people at all levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
