Job Description
Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across email, social media, and on our Get Golfing app
- Work with venue managers to build campaign calendars and support local marketing initiatives
- Use data and analytics to monitor performance and refine strategies
- Content Creation & Management
- Coordinate content production for web, social, email, our app and other channel
- Design and produce a wide range of visual assets for digital and print marketing using Canva or other design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop)
- Develop creative templates for social media, email headers, and our websites to ensure a streamlined and professional aesthetic
- Create and format physical marketing materials, including posters, brochures, and onsite signage/POS
- Adapt and resize existing creative assets to fit various platform specifications while maintaining visual integrity
Requirements
- Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and analytics (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Proven experience in digital marketing (email, social media, SEO, AEO & content marketing)
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in the golf, leisure, hospitality, or charity sectors is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
