Job Summary

Production of short form vertical video content for platforms.
Optimising posts across each platform, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines.
Maintaining a structured content calendar aligned with product launches, events, etc.
Monitoring and responding to engagement (comments, likes, shares, direct messages).

Requirements

2+ years’ experience in a similar role, including social media analytics reporting.
Experience delivering measurable ROI from paid and organic social campaigns.
Hands-on experience managing and optimising paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager essential).
Confidence shooting and editing short-form video content (Reels/TikTok).
Ability to analyse performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR) and optimise campaigns accordingly.
Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop/InDesign.

Preferred

Experience with Google & Microsoft Analytics.
Experience with social media scheduling tools.
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
