Building, deploying and improving Klaviyo flows
Constantly improving pop up forms to increase email, SMS and reminder capture
Creating customer segments based on order history and behaviour
Setting up splits, suppression logic, trigger timing and clean flow structure
Running SMS alongside email
Protecting deliverability
Making sure Shopify data fires properly into Klaviyo
Using customer data to make personalisation actually useful
Building campaigns that earn the open
Reading the data with us and improving fast

Requirements

You’ve built real Klaviyo flows and campaigns before
You understand email and SMS retention
You know splits, suppression, segmentation and deliverability
You care about data, not just copy
You’re fast, hungry and want to grow
You can handle direct feedback
You communicate clearly every day

Preferred

Experience with ecommerce retention
Experience with AI in marketing
Knowledge of retention strategies across email and SMS
