This one hands you all of them. About the role You'll run PPC, pricing, listings and stock for a portfolio of our Amazon brands, and you'll be measured on whether they grow. You get a real ad budget, an in-house Creatives team, software we built ourselves, and a leadership team who want to give you more ownership as fast as you can take it. About us Ideal Direct started in 1977 selling through mail-order catalogues. Today we're a team of around 40 with nine brands of our own, including Deer & Oak, the UK's biggest chopping board brand. We sell more than 1.6 million units a year across 12 Amazon marketplaces, plus eBay, B&Q, Wowcher and TikTok Shop. Our projected revenue is £100m globally by 2030. This role is one of the ways we get there. What you'll own PPC and keyword growth (core) - Build and launch new Sponsored Products, Brands and Display campaigns, each with a clear job tied to the product's goals. - Work through the campaign data and move budget, bids and targeting to wherever they earn the most. - Treat keyword rank as your main scoreboard, and work on it every day. - Mine Brand Analytics for search terms and gaps your competitors haven't spotted. - Make Sponsored Brands and Display creative with the Creatives team and AI tools, and keep testing new versions to find what wins. - Get fluent in our in-house tools. They were built for this job. - Deliver the ad strategy you agree with your line manager and bring ideas to shape it. Listings that convert - Own the quality of every image on your listings, including the order of the secondary images, and give the Creatives team clear, direct feedback. - Study competitor listings, customer reviews and imagery from outside Amazon, and turn what you find into sharper briefs. - Run Productpinion polls and Amazon A/B tests to decide which main image goes live. - Spot listing and Rufus improvements, then work with the Listing Specialist and Brand Admin team to get them live. - Make sure every EU listing is built properly and localised for its marketplace. Price like an owner - Set pricing strategy with your line manager to start, then take full ownership of price changes as the market moves. - Same path for deals, promotions and coupons: plan them together first, then run them yourself. Keep it in stock - Build demand plans and inventory forecasts with your line manager, and keep them current. - Run FBA replenishment every week. Get the quantities right and never let a winner go out of stock. Own the numbers - Take full ownership of your brands' performance and report on it weekly to your line manager. - Track rankings, margin and the metrics that matter, and come to each week with a plan for what to improve next. Protect the brand - Flag listing issues to the right Brand Admin Manager or Listing Specialist. - Watch reviews closely on every new launch and adjust your short-term strategy quickly. - Check rankings straight after any price change so you catch algorithm problems early. About you - You have run Sponsored Products, Brands and Display campaigns yourself, for at least 3 years - You know Seller Central, the Ads console and Brand Analytics well - You can quickly turn a spreadsheet into a decision - You can tell why one main image beats another, and explain it to a designer - You pick up new tools fast, AI ones included - You read "Act Now!" and "Reject Average" (two of our nine principles) and think, yes, that's me What you get - Base salary of £32,000 to £36,000, depending on experience, plus a performance-related element of £8,000 to £12,000, linked to growth targets and milestones and paid quarterly, with an opportunity to earn more - Hybrid or remote working. Full-time role based in the UK, with an office base in Rochester, Kent - 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays - Workplace pension (auto-enrolment) - Staff discount - A clear path through our six-band structure How we hire - CV screen, then a short e-commerce multiple-choice quiz and a short questionnaire about how you work (there are no right or wrong answers) - A structured interview with Head of Sales & Marketing, Head of People and a Brand Director - A paid trial day in our office - We make reasonable adjustments at every stage. Tell us what you need when you apply and we'll arrange it. Right to work Please confirm in your application that you have the right to work in the UK. We check right to work documents for every hire before they start. How to apply Apply via LinkedIn, with a few lines on the best PPC result you've ever delivered and how you got it.
