Build and manage relationships with influencers and agencies.
Negotiate partnerships, pricing, and deliverables.
Manage influencer campaigns from outreach to content delivery.
Create clear briefs and ensure creators follow brand guidelines.
Track campaign performance using discount codes, affiliate links, and attribution tools.
Analyze ROI and optimize creator selection.
Source high-performing UGC that can be repurposed into Meta ads.
Build long-term ambassador programs with top creators.
Coordinate with the creative and media-buying teams.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, UGC sourcing, or creator partnerships.
Experience working with ecommerce or DTC brands.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and creator trends.
Ability to negotiate and manage influencer relationships.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of attribution.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience with tools such as Shopify, Triple Whale, GRIN, Aspire, Modash, or similar platforms is a plus.

Preferred

Experience in the beauty, grooming, or personal care industry.
Experience scaling influencer campaigns for brands spending over $50,000 per month.
Existing network of creators in the UK market.
