Job Summary
Own day-to-day management of multi‑platform paid UA campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google App Campaigns, AppLovin) and drive efficiency through budgeting, pacing, and scaling. Analyze ROAS, LTV curves, cohorts, and funnel drop-offs to identify optimization opportunities, forecast performance, and communicate insights asynchronously.

Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of UA campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google App Campaigns, and AppLovin
- Manage budgets, pacing, campaign structure, and scaling strategies across multiple geos and platforms
- Analyze ROAS, LTV curves, cohort performance, funnel drop-offs, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Strong quantitative mindset. Comfortable modeling growth, payback curves, and forecasting campaign performance
- 2 to 5+ years managing paid UA for mobile apps or games
- History of managing budgets at meaningful scale
- Strong experience with AppLovin, Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads Manager
- Strong async and written communication
