Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for comprehensive, future-proof SEO and AI-driven strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Ensure alignment with clients’ long-term business goals; champion integration of technical SEO, UX, and high-quality content
• Structure products and operations; refine and elevate SEO and AI service offerings; build scalable operations
• Standardize reporting frameworks and optimize execution processes to handle national-level accounts efficiently
• Lead the adoption of AI tools and methodologies to enhance data analysis, content generation, AEO, and process automation
• Mentor, inspire, and develop a team of SEO specialists and content creators
• Translate complex SEO and AI concepts into clear, actionable business insights for key clients
• Monitor campaign performance and drive strategic pivots to demonstrate ROI

Requirements

• Extensive experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success within an agency environment
• Strong proficiency in artificial intelligence, understanding its practical application in search, content creation, and digital marketing operations
• Experience in building, structuring, and scaling agency operations, products, and reporting systems
• Natural leadership with mentoring and team development capability
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to operate in a hybrid setup and manage national-level client accounts
