Job Summary

Own and drive the PR and corporate communications function, defining strategic planning, budget management, media relations, and spokesperson readiness while leading reputation management and executive advisory workstreams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing PR responsibilities include:
  • Leading the strategic planning for PR, identifying and delivering initiatives as part of the annual PR plan.
  • Managing the overall PR budget, ensuring strong ROI and effectiveness by setting clear objectives and KPIs.
  • Working with our PR agency to build and maintain strong media relationships that secure high-quality, proactive coverage across national, trade, and international outlets
  • Preparing key spokespeople for media engagements, with the potential to also be a spokesperson.
  • Tracking performance against KPIs.
  • Corporate Communications responsibilities include:
  • Working with the Executive Team and Director of HR to develop and deploy our Corporate Communications plan.
  • Collaborating with Internal Communications and People teams to ensure alignment between internal and external messaging
  • Acting as a senior communications advisor to the executive team, supporting with corporate announcements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related discipline
  • Desirable: CIPR membership
  • Significant experience in PR, corporate communications, or reputation management
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact media coverage and corporate campaigns
  • Strong experience advising senior executives and managing high-profile issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness
  • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Media Training

Preferred

  • Experience in HVAC industry
  • Experience in regulated or high-profile environments
  • Desirable: CIPR membership
