Responsibilities

• You will own the creator side of the business entirely. Without a strong, engaged creator network the platform does not work. This role is the foundation everything else is built on.
• This is a founding team position with genuine equity and uncapped profit share for the right person.
• You will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding verified creators across micro, macro and celebrity tiers.
• Building and managing creator relationships to keep them active and engaged on the platform.
• Matching creators to brand campaigns quickly and effectively.
• Growing the creator community through Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and WhatsApp outreach.
• Managing the creator application and vetting process.
• Working closely with the Head of Partnerships to ensure brand briefs are matched with the right talent efficiently.
• Building the company's social media presence to drive inbound creator applications.

Requirements

• Minimum two years experience in creator management, talent management, influencer marketing, community building or social media management.
• Existing network of creators or influencers across any niche.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and the creator economy.
• Confident with direct outreach to creators via social media and email.
• Passionate about the creator space and able to speak credibly to influencers at all levels from micro to celebrity.
• Self motivated and able to build processes from scratch.
• UK or Ireland based.
• Degree in marketing, communications, media or related field preferred but not essential if experience and network are strong.
