Job Summary

Own and optimize our ecommerce growth by managing Shopify, Google Ads and Meta Ads, boosting conversions and retention, and driving email campaigns and landing page experiments to maximize ROAS.

Own the Shopify storefront, ads (Google and Meta) and Klaviyo email programs.
Drive landing page testing, A/B experiments and analytics to lift conversion and retention.
Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver data-driven campaigns and reports.

Job Description

Manage and continually improve our Shopify website.
Increase website conversion rates.
Create high converting landing pages.
Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads.
Plan, manage and optimise Meta Ads.
Monitor ROAS and maximise advertising performance.
Build and optimise Klaviyo email campaigns and automation flows.
Increase repeat purchases and customer retention.
Support new product launches.
Develop campaigns for the HME App.

Requirements

Minimum three years experience in ecommerce marketing.
Proven success managing profitable Google Ads campaigns.
Proven success managing profitable Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong Shopify experience.
Strong Klaviyo experience.
Experience improving ecommerce conversion rates.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong commercial awareness.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Highly organised with great attention to detail.

Preferred

SaaS marketing experience.
Beauty or hair industry experience.
SEO experience.
Shopify Liquid or HTML knowledge.
Experience using AI marketing tools.
