Responsibilities

• Creating, managing and optimising Facebook & Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns
• Generating qualified leads for our key services, including bathrooms, plumbing and heating
• Testing different audiences, offers, creatives and campaigns to improve results
• Monitoring cost per lead, lead quality and campaign performance
• Working closely with our sales team to understand which campaigns are generating enquiries that actually turn into work
• Creating engaging photo and video content from our ongoing jobs
• Producing before & afters, customer stories, team content, educational videos and project updates
• Managing our Facebook and Instagram presence
• Developing new ideas and campaigns to increase enquiries and strengthen the SD Plumbing & Heating brand

Requirements

• Experience running and optimising Meta Ads
• A good understanding of lead generation and conversion
• Confidence creating short-form video and social content
• The ability to analyse campaign performance and make decisions based on the numbers
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive attitude – we want someone who brings ideas rather than waits to be told what to post
• Experience marketing a home improvement, construction or local service business would be a big advantage
