Responsibilities

Design and develop creative assets across a range of channels including digital, social, campaign materials, presentations and marketing communications.
Translate creative briefs and concepts into polished visual outputs, ensuring ideas are delivered effectively and consistently across formats.
Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all work, ensuring visual consistency and quality across multiple business units and customer touchpoints.
Work closely with copywriters, marketers and studio colleagues to ensure briefs are delivered efficiently and to a high creative standard.
Produce high-quality design work across digital, social and marketing channels.
Develop layouts, visual systems and campaign assets aligned to brand guidelines.
Adapt and version creative assets across formats and platforms.
Ensure all work meets studio standards for quality, accuracy and consistency.
Partner with copywriters and studio colleagues to bring ideas to life visually.
Contribute design thinking to creative discussions and campaign development.

Requirements

A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work across digital and marketing channels
Advanced proficiency in relevant design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
Proven ability to translate briefs into strong visual executions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to craft
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to deadlines
Experience working within an in-house studio or agency environment would be ideal
Understanding of social-first and digital marketing formats
Motion or video capability preferred
Highly creative with strong visual judgement
Collaborative and comfortable working within a studio environment
