Responsibilities
- Own the short-form and YouTube content strategy across all client accounts
- Define hooks, series formats, and content pillars per client
- Stay ahead of platform trends and translate them into client opportunities
- Drive views, followers, and authority signals, not just output
- Lead strategy calls with founders and personal brands
- Extract the best ideas, stories, and insights from clients
- Set expectations clearly and communicate results with confidence
- Build relationships that make clients trust you to represent their voice
- Manage and develop editors, scriptwriters, and creative strategists
- Create clear briefs that make execution easy
Requirements
- Proven track record of driving millions of views on short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and/or YouTube
- Deep understanding of what makes personal brand content work: hooks, storytelling, pacing, authority signals
- Experience managing and leading a creative team (editors, writers, strategists)
- Platform-native: you understand the algorithm, the format, and the culture of each platform
- Strong communicator who can present strategy confidently to founders and high-level clients
- If you haven't personally driven significant, measurable results on social video, this won't be the right fit.

- Agency or multi-client experience preferred
