Own and grow a global gaming community by shaping content, events, and influencer partnerships across social and streaming channels.

Community Management: Build and nurture gaming communities across social, forums, and dedicated platforms; moderate and foster positive engagement.
Content & Campaigns: Plan and produce engaging multimedia content and campaigns that resonate with gamers and boost brand visibility.
Engagement & Partnerships: Organize virtual events, live streams, and influencer collaborations to drive participation and loyalty.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and grow online gaming communities across social media channels, forums, and dedicated platforms.
Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content including videos, articles, and social media posts tailored to our target audience.
Monitor community interactions, respond to comments and messages promptly, and facilitate positive engagement.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan campaigns that resonate with gamers and enhance brand visibility.
Organise virtual events, live streams, or competitions to foster community participation and loyalty.
Analyse engagement metrics to optimise content strategies and report on community growth trends.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels while adhering to community guidelines and moderation policies.
Build relationships with influencers, content creators, and key stakeholders within the gaming industry.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management, public relations, or related roles within the gaming or entertainment industry.
Strong understanding of gaming culture, trends, and popular titles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English.
Ability to create engaging multimedia content including videos, graphics, and written posts.
Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
Creative thinker with a passion for community building and digital storytelling.
Prior experience working with gaming communities or esports is highly desirable.
