You’ll sit at the heart of our Commercial Marketing team, taking scientific, product and customer insights and transforming them into compelling content that educates our audiences, strengthens our communities and supports commercial growth.
One day you might be shaping the story behind a new product launch.
The next, you could be interviewing a customer or KOL, developing a webinar, creating a campaign, writing a thought-leadership article or building content for our customer and distributor communities.
You’ll create content across multiple formats and channels, including campaigns, product launches, customer stories, case studies, webinars, social media, PR, sales materials, educational content and community programmes.
Bring new products to market with engaging launch content and campaigns
Tell authentic customer stories and turn real-world experiences into powerful content
Build communities that encourage conversation, education and advocacy
Develop webinars and educational programmes with customers, experts and KOLs
Create content that gives our Sales and distributor teams the tools they need to succeed
Turn complex scientific and technical information into content that is clear, accessible and relevant

Requirements

strong professional writing, editing and content-production experience, alongside experience within diagnostics, genomics, life sciences, biotechnology or healthcare.
experience creating content for regulated products or markets
a degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Life Sciences or a related field.
You’ll know how to find the interesting angle, understand your audience and turn technical information into something people want to engage with — without losing the accuracy that matters in a scientific and regulated environment.
First and foremost, you’ll be a storyteller.
