Own the external narrative and long-term positioning for Outbehaving, coordinating with top talent, sport, media, and culture networks to shape credibility ahead of key moments and steer messaging and influence strategy.

Shape the public narrative and positioning across high-profile figures and cultural ecosystems to create momentum before visibility.
Advise on timing, messaging, and influence tactics to protect the venture’s integrity and people-owned ethos.
Build strategic relationships and credibility with athletes, creators, brands, and institutions to position Outbehaving as a defining movement.

Shape Outbehaving’s long-term public narrative and positioning
Leverage high-level networks across talent, sport, media, business, brands and culture
Build early strategic relationships, credibility and alignment ahead of major public moments
Advise on reputation, timing, messaging and influence strategy
Protect and strengthen the integrity and people-owned ethos of the venture
Help position Outbehaving as one of the defining companies and movements of its generation

Requirements

Operated at the highest levels of communications, reputation, influence or public positioning
Former or current Chief Communications, External Affairs or Influence Officer
Senior communications, public affairs or reputation leader with an exceptional network across sport, talent, media, brands, business or cultural institutions
Trusted advisor to high-profile individuals, organisations or movements
Strategic operator who understands how to build belief, credibility and momentum before visibility
