Job Summary
Own the end-to-end coordination of marketing and PR programs, building media relationships, crafting content, and supporting campaigns, launches, and employer branding across UK and international teams.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of marketing and PR strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth.
- Building and maintaining relationships with media contacts, influencers and external partners.
- Creating and adapting engaging content for marketing, PR and social media activity.
- Planning and coordinating campaigns, product launches, store openings and brand events.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives that help attract and retain talent.
- Managing influencer collaborations, gifting programmes and product seeding activity.
- Coordinating product samples, press loans and marketing materials.
- Monitoring campaign performance and producing insights and recommendations.
- Working with UK and international stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all activity.
Requirements
- Previous experience within marketing, PR, communications, branding or a similar role.
- Experience supporting campaigns, events or brand initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Commercially aware and interested in consumer trends.
Preferred
- Understanding of influencer marketing and social media trends is desirable
- Experience within fashion, retail or a consumer-facing brand would be advantageous
