Responsibilities

Supporting the delivery of live brand marketing campaigns
Introducing customers to client products, services and campaign messages
Presenting information in a clear, approachable and engaging way
Maintaining the correct tone, image and standards for each brand
Learning how different audiences respond to campaign messaging
Gathering customer feedback and sharing useful insights with the team
Working towards daily campaign and engagement objectives
Taking part in team briefings, coaching sessions and campaign reviews
Helping the team prepare for new campaign launches and locations

Requirements

Enjoy meeting and speaking with new people
Have strong verbal communication skills
Are naturally approachable and professional
Can stay positive and organised in a busy environment
Are open to coaching and willing to act on feedback
Work well with others and contribute to a team
Take pride in being reliable and punctual
Are interested in marketing, branding, events or business
Applicants with experience in hospitality, retail, promotions, customer service, sport, recruitment or events often bring useful transferable skills to this position.
Recent graduates and university leavers are also encouraged to apply.
