Job Summary

Own and scale an affiliate channel end to end with publishers, promotions, and CAC-driven reporting, while staying async-friendly and deadline-conscious for a part-time freelance engagement.

Own the affiliate program lifecycle, from recruitment to performance optimization and partner engagement.
Own relationships with key affiliates and manage a live promo calendar across partners.
Report weekly on publisher performance against sales and CAC targets to inform decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Shape and own the affiliate program from end-to-end
Recruit and onboard new publishers
Optimise the performance of our existing publishers
Own relationships with key affiliates and keep them active and engaged
Manage a promotional calendar, including exclusive offers and how they’re allocated across partners
Report weekly on publisher performance and progress against sales and CAC targets

Requirements

Hands-on experience running affiliate programs in AWIN
A track record of building or growing an affiliate channel, ideally from early stage to performing
Very organized, self-starter – able to juggle multiple publishers, live promo calendar, and weekly reporting
A strong async communicator comfortable running things over Slack and keeping people in the loop without needing meetings
Comfortable with performance metrics – understand CAC, margin, discounting and can act on it
Self-directed: this is a part-time freelance role, so you manage your own time and output
Availability for freelance part-time work (2 days/week)
Conscious of deadlines and able to work remotely async-first

Preferred

Nice to have: experience running affiliate programs in telecoms
