Responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage Meta advertising campaigns from strategy through to execution.
• Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target KPIs.
• Monitor daily account performance and make proactive optimisations.
• Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Create testing roadmaps across audiences, creatives, offers and landing pages.
• Work closely with our Creative, Strategy and Client Success teams.
• Deliver monthly performance reports and present recommendations to clients.
• Stay ahead of Meta platform updates and industry trends.
• Manage multiple client accounts across a range of industries.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
• Proven experience managing five or more client accounts.
• Strong understanding of:
• Campaign structure
• Pixel & Conversion API
• Audience strategy
• Retargeting
• Lookalike audiences
• Attribution
• Scaling strategies

Preferred

• Google Ads experience.
• Experience with prize competition, eCommerce or lead generation brands.
• Strong CRO knowledge.
• Experience interpreting GA4 data.
• Experience briefing creative teams using performance insights.
