Responsibilities

Platform management
Manage Shopify storefronts across our brands, including product listings, collections, discount codes, basic storefront edits, and order and inventory visibility.
Build and manage Klaviyo email and SMS flows, segmentation, and campaigns, and pull basic performance reporting.
Manage TikTok Shop listings, live and video shop setup, and order coordination.
Maintain and update product listings across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
Content and creative
Coordinate with designers and freelancers on creative assets for campaigns and listings.
Write product copy and marketing copy across brands.
Support social media content calendars and post across brand channels.
Help make and edit short-form video, or work directly with video editors to get content produced.

Requirements

1–2 years of hands-on experience with Shopify, including listings, collections, discounts, and basic storefront edits.
Working experience with Klaviyo, including building flows, segments, and campaigns.
Familiarity with TikTok Shop and Amazon Seller Central.
Strong spreadsheet skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including comfort with formulas and organizing performance data.
Strong writing skills and comfort adapting tone across multiple brand voices.
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
Comfortable working fully remote and coordinating with a distributed team.

Preferred

Experience with basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar).
Experience with paid social or paid search reporting.
Experience with influencer or affiliate marketing coordination.
Background in ecommerce, consumer products, or pet industry brands.
