Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns for multiple clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, strategy) to ensure alignment of Campaign strategy, campaign goals, messaging, and performance.
- Provide hands-on campaign execution, management and oversight on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok and similar platforms.
- Contribute to campaign forecasting, media planning, and budget management across channels.
- Setting up campaign structure, budgets, bidding strategies across platforms
- Identifying, proposing, and executing testing opportunities across platforms
- Stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and emerging tools, bringing forward innovative strategies and testing new ad products.
- Experience in monitoring front end as well as key performance metrics such as Conversions, Cost per Acquisition (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns with strong platform-level knowledge.
- Strong experience managing Direct to consumer or conversion-based media campaigns while having a good understanding of awareness-based campaign strategies.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, or manage junior team members.
- Exceptional analytical skills — you instinctively dig into campaign data to understand what’s working and why.
- Advanced experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Effective communication and client-facing skills with experience presenting results and strategies.
- Experience managing budgets and media planning across multiple accounts.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agency environment and juggle multiple priorities.
Preferred
- Retail or eCommerce platform experience (e.g., Walmart connect, Amazon ads, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
- Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Supermetrics.
- Google Ads and/or Meta certifications.
