Job Description

Responsibilities

Craft compelling, brand-focused content for web pages, PPC ads, paid social media campaigns, and email marketing initiatives.
Provide unstoppable conversion-based copy for ads and landing pages
Educate readers on a subject while ultimately driving them toward a call-to-action.
Conduct interviews and recreate them in written form
Audit client websites to identify content gaps and opportunities, contributing to strategy development and campaign execution.
Analyze and aggregate data to discover trends and improve upon our current strategy
Assist in the preparation of client meetings and presentations, providing insights and creative input.
Stay informed on social media trends and industry best practices to enhance content relevance and effectiveness.
Proficient in AI and comfortable with using AI and LLMs in the creative process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
Proven ability to craft engaging, creative copy with strong writing skills.
Ability to create advertising slogans and copy.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively.
Ability to determine clients’ needs and objectives with specific advertising campaign
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual Spanish writing ability is preferred. We are looking for someone who can write compelling copy in both English and Spanish.
